I am looking to spend a total of about 13k on my car, but that is all the engine, suspension, and body work. Dont want to spend too much money on my car, because it then becomes impractical. You see, cars depreciate in value. Spending mucho money into them only causes you to lose that money. Whereas you buy say a house, or jewelry, they usually stay the same, or go up in value. The problem with American society today is they don't save their money up. They just buy all their nice toys, and if a time comes when they are in financial trouble, they are screwed.
