KBB is a joke. No one has ever sold a car for anywhere near what the KBB retail says, unless it's to an idiot. It exists so dealers can charge high prices on used cars, and you think you're getting it "under KBB! Good deal." 37k mile M3 w/ those mods is worth at least 10k less that KBB figure you cited.
