How can I decrease UNDERSTEER? (archive)

I've got a 95 with LTW wheels and the seems to plow through the corners a bit too much for my liking. Drove a 98 and I could get the tail out just a tad. I'm used to driving my supercharged miata with 195 width tires that can oversteer like a mad dog.

Isn't there a way to adjust the tire pressure to correct? Or maybe change the tire sizes? I'd rather not spring for a swaybar as I'd like to stay stock class for autocross. I think my front shocks are weak, which might be aggrevating the plowing problem.

Thanks
