The tint really is the only way.... the sun constantly on the dash/ducts and the ambient heat level in the interior heats up the plastic so you get warm air coming out. I have tint and it is MUCH better... Like 40 times better. My air now blows really really cold, i got it serviced at the dealer. I recommend that highly.

: If you have a black exterior or interior I have found the AC lacking in super bright sunlight. While not warm in any way, it is not nearly as cold as I would like. You need to keep it blowing on you to stay confortable till the interior cools down....which takes a long while with leather.

: I am told tint is the only way to solve this. If you are having the same problem at night or on a cloudy hot day, you have a problem.

: : i have a 98 M3/4 and i noticed lately that my AC is not getting as cold as i remember. i have the AC set to 60, which is the lowest, and i have it on recirculate, but it still satys fairly warm in the car, could i have a problem????
