No, the first batch that you are all seeing
(which is actually the 3rd batch) was not a
test of the Injector. It was a dry run for
larger production runs.

First run was actually just before Gateway Tech

Second run occured about 1 month ago, and was
to proof the concept in live trials.. we gave
a way a handful of injectors to people who
tested them.

THIS run, the third run, wasn't a test of the
Injector.. it was a test of the users
and also the "process" from cradle to grave.

Seriously.. We have all sorts of instructions,
and designs/etc.

Wanted to make sure that the PROCESS worked from
start to finish.. From little parts to a happy
end-user.

It passed (with flying colors) and now I have
ordered increased production..

SO what happens??

Well, first an SMT House has to take parts, make
them ready for assembly, and assemble little PC
boards.. This can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks
depending on THEIR schedule (we cannot control
that part)

Once the PC board assemblies have been built,
they are subjected to QC at the SMT house.

The then go to our wizard of things plasticy
where they are assembled into cases before
being shipped to me.

At Bonneville they are subjected to two further
QC checks before being released to the dealers.

No consumer ever ends up "testing" any product
that I deem ready for release. Just ask my
darling dealers who are always POed at me 'cuz
I delay things until they meet MY standards.

Jim
