Well, first an SMT House has to take parts, make
them ready for assembly, and assemble little PC
boards.. This can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks
depending on THEIR schedule (we cannot control

they are subjected to QC at the SMT house.
The then go to our wizard of things plasticy
where they are assembled into cases before
being shipped to me.
At Bonneville they are subjected to two further
QC checks before being released to the dealers.
No consumer ever ends up "testing" any product
that I deem ready for release. Just ask my
darling dealers who are always POed at me 'cuz
I delay things until they meet MY standards.
