It can't get any better than from a Farmers Agent's mouth. I work at an Agent's office and that is the correct answer.

I was curious where you lived //MR M3. Because if you live in So. Cal I know a couple of good shops that will do the job right and I know a couple of shops that will repair your car with aftermarket parts if you'd like.

: i used to be a farmers agent. my advice to you is actually trust farmers' list of shops and let them do the job.

: why? because of the contract between the shops and the farmers is that since farmers has "certified" them to be on that list, then the shops are supposed to do a better job than the rest of industry. and if not, then farmers can remove the shop from the referral list. so it's more of a incentive for the shops on the list to do a good job than not.

: my $.02's worth.
