It has been suggested the buffer stop performs the function described on that page only if you have the M3 LTW oil pan. On cars not so equipped the gap is too big to make it do anything.


: : The tech tips section on the UUC website has an excellent and seemingly logical explanation of the buffer stop function. I'll put mine on happily as a result of this information.
