: : : : This idiot didn't see that traffic was stopped in front of him and he rear-ended me with his Lincoln Town Car. I waved at him to pull over, and started changing lanes thinking he'd follow me. Nope, he kept on going.
: : : : Traffic suddenly got better and was up to 55MPH. He was still going in the fast lane and I was a few lanes over. Looks like we had a hit and run. I chased after him and we switched freeways (he was trying to lose me). Not gonna happen in that POS. He made a radical move and exited the freeway, so I followed and then ran him off the road at the end of the offramp.
: : : : Check this out: no license plate, no driver license, illegal alien, didn't speak English, not his car. I couldn't believe it!
: : : : It was pouring rain and there were accidents all over. I called CHP but they wouldn't respond because it was now on a city street. Local police wouldn't respond because they were too busy dealing with accidents. Never mind I had a felony hit and run here. I (luckily) had a sharpie permanent marker in my briefcase and wrote down the VIN number. That's all I could get from the car.
: : : : So now this guy thinks he can go around without a license, not insurance, hit and run, and get away with it. Thanks, POlice.
