I got the RS (Ron Stygar kit) which is basically the shifter and connecting rod from the MCoupe.

The shift action is kinda notchy when cruising around town, but at speed and shifting in and out of gears it feels very short and positive.

As far as the install. Plan on 2-3 hours. It's not hard labor and you can find all the instructions online. Plan on spending some time on your back under the car if a lift isn't handy.

You pretty much have to swap the linkage in the tranny tunnel under the car. No biggie, but a little work.

The whole thing isn't too much of a trial and I don't think worth paying out $120-$180 worth of labor on something like that.

Have fun!
