The work if you remove the cat (track only)

Removing the cat is a big No No to the EPA and all those other smog people. :)

You also need a chip to take care of the O2 sensor, which some tuners will do only if you dedicate your soul, errr, i mean car to the track only.

Are they street legal. Technically, no. But can a cop or a smog checker tell if they're on? Im going to guess no.
