: Those were never a standard option on any US E36s. You could, however, get them if you ordered a car through BMW Individual. Jim El Nabli ordered a 99 M3 with headlight washers and lumbar supports. As for my car, I ordered the BMW headlight washer kit as a retrofit for my 95 M3. The kit's not cheap (around $500) and you'll need to either drill holes in your grill or go out and buy a replacement grill at around $113 retail (+plus paint). You'll should plan on spending around $800 for the project.

Thanks for info. I have a 95 M3 to it's just recently I wrecked it and when I ordered the parts for it they sent me the grill with a hole on both sides under the headlights and was not sure what the holes were for. Thanks again!
