255 with 18" might rub at the back (archive)

Right now I have the stock wheels with 235/45 in front and 255/40 in back and there is no problems with rubbing (fenders not rolled). Any thoughts of possible fitting problems? Where can I get a good price? Here in Miami I founds tires wheels and monting with balancing for $3100. ROBERT.
