I ran into the same promblem as you ! I want more but take some advice from me if you want . You need to look at it like this. A M3 is a sports car not a drag car if you want the drag car than go for it but this is what I've done so far and I am done I mean I think it's not worth any more and am buying CF or fiberglass parts for less stress on the engine (more HP)when i get thirsty again. I had the 3.0 with a ERT SC (6 psi)than I was offered a good deal on a 3.2 and figured 40 HP more (using OBD I set up) and a fresher engine why not so I did that than I installed a nitrous express system $1100.00 now that's 50 more HP at a touch of a button but I didnt like using the NOS to much beacuse of the stress it put's on the engine so I went and called Karl at AA and he sent me a copper head gasket which ran around $850.00 + $1000.00 to install so now I can run more boost but since the NOS was involved I had to get pistons and head studs I think it was $1600.00 plus install. I have to go to ERT this week and have them install a 10 or 12 psi pulley and have them make a custom chip on dyno which is going to cost around $1000.00 and I might need bigger injectors which cost $60.00 each and ERT kept saying there not responsible for the more boost pulley there installing beacuse of the danger of blowing the engine but since I have the copper gasket Im ok . Here's your option's spend alot of money and have a monster or just leave it alone get some NOS for that once in a while emergency and take some driving classes or kiss your car good bye beacuse you wont see her for a couple of month's and hit the bank hard!!!@ Plus I forgot to mention RMS is Shady and I heard a intercooler makes you lose boost ex 10 pound SC with intercooler is getting 7 1/2 and if the weather is bad you run around the same so there's really no gain : I have a 97 M3/4 with a Dinan supercharger system (Vortech). Excellent setup but, I want more power. A friend suggested to install and aftercooler from RMS as Dinan does not offer a setup for the car. Any suggestions?
: Of note; when I bought the supercharger system from Dinan I was told emphatically (sames pitch I bet) that the aftercooler setup was on its way and would be available soon.... a year later......NOT! I heard Roger does not work there any more.
