: I talked with ACPT (Link below) and they stated no problem making a carbon fiber drive shaft for a M3, they only require a stock one to copy. They quoted a price between 1,000 and 1,500. They have experience making CF driveshafts for all types of high performance cars.

: They may perhaps give a group purchase discount as well. Haven't inquired further.
