There was a recall for the crank sensor. You might want to have it done if it hasn't been done

: I have a major problem w/ my 96 M3.It will start fine
: when the engine is cold, but when i turn it off and
: try to start it again after the engine is up to temp
: it wont start again.it cranks hard and i can smell it getting fuel, but it dosent seem to be getting any spark.i changed all the relays and even took out my factory alarm fearing it was the starter kill on the alarm, but it still does it.i even had the starter changed and the fuel pump.tia for any suggestions.
