THey are a 35mm offset. You are right about saving $$$, it evens out in the long run. However, i was not planning on adding the springs on my car whenever I bought the rims. It just so happened that a friend of mine with a 95 325 wanted to buy my springs for $150 and it wo 969only cost me about $90 for the H&R's.
