It's true that '95 is easier than '96 to modify because '95 uses OBDI whereas '96 above uses OBDII. And the mods for '95 are cheaper too eg ECU chip upgrade.

But '95 has a few problematic parts that you might have to replace like plastic impeller (water pump).
