: : : I recently purchased this 97 M3 Sedan. I went around a off camber on ramp( pretty aggressively ) and I had water pour onto my gas pedal and foot when the car was mid corner. I'm sure there are many possibilties that would cause this but I would like to know if anyone has had this happen before and what would be the best way of finding out what caused this to occur.

: : Check the plastic cowl which covers the base of the windshield. I've seen many a bmw with a deteriorated cowl. I also understand that some cars fall victim to high pressure car wash. The water actually got into one car's DME. It's in the archives somewhere.
