First, thanks to all who responded to my first post. I've been on many car and bike forums and this is the most active one.

From what I can ascertain, from '95-'99, regardless of sedan or coupe and regardless of options, there are no significant engine, drivetrain, chassis, brake, suspension or other performance oriented differneces, in any M3s, except that the '95s have the 3.0/OBDI motor (less torque but more tuner firendly) and a weak plastic water pump impeller (that some '96s also have). Is this correct?

The owner's manuals list the weight of the two-door and four-door as exactly the same. This doesn't seem likely. Is it true? If not, what is the weight difference?

Does anyone know of a '95 for sale with: manual trasmission, original black paint, black interior, no body or paint work, and all service records?
