So far I have been pretty happy with them. They have gotten the work done on time and have done what I have asked them to do. I have not had any major work done there though as I have not had any issues with the car.

If you can schedule far enough in advance, usually a week to 10 days ahead, you will get a loaner car. I have had a couple of 328s and a 528 as loaners.

They are expanding the dealership so construction is a mess around there right now but the new dealership should be pretty darn nice from the drawings I have seen.

Always friendly and they always call back to see how you liked things and they seem to care when soemthing does not go all that well. I have only complained about the time it takes between calling and the actual appointment. A week seems like a long time to me. I am not expecting the next day but 2-4 days should be enough.

Welcome to KC my friend. Email me if you have any questions about the area.

: Anyone here go to this dealer for service? Thanks
