: One thing I have noticed about the M3 as opposed to the integra and other honda's is that the many parts dont' necessarily need to be changed to get gains. For example the stock exhaust is very good and doesn't need to be changed. I think that probably same goes for headers.

: : Well, thats what I heard too... but how come they are the dominant HP gains on other imports? For instance... adding a header to my prev. car which was and Integra gave it the most noticeable hp gain. And the headers were before teh cats as well. SO, who knows? If they werent soo expensive, I would give it a try.

: : : : Does anyone have this on their car???

: : : Last I heard, they don't do anything for the car if you leave the cats on. So, they appear to be for racing only.
