Are you saying your car is a 10/95 production date? If yes, you probably don't have the plastic impeller. From what I understand, post 10/95's have steel impellers and the updated valve retainers that later models had.

Since I also have a 10/95 car and haven't actually checked this, I would like to know too if that is not true.

: By now, I'd be stupid not to know about the whole plastic impeller thing. I guess I'll get that replaced. Any idea how much we're talking (labor/parts)? My car has 42.5k miles on it. Inspection II was done at 32k.

: What are other areas for concern that I should have checked/replaced?
