Since your car is primarily a "street" car, I would recommend starting with the x-brace.

Shocks or sway bars are debatable -- its all dependent upon what you want to accomplish. A sway bar upgrade (Eibach, UUC Motorwerks, etc.) will address the understeer characteristics of the stock suspension setup. Plus, your ride quality will not be affected.

IMHO, shocks should have been swapped out when the new springs were installed. But that is another story. The Bilstein Sports upgrade will certainly improve the handling, but expect the ride quality to change. Definitely a firmer ride and it will remove that floating feeling at high speeds.
