may not. The spring perch, among other things, may be different. But why put a 325i kit on a 97 M3? I bet the 325's spring rates may not be much stiffer than the stock M3. Unless you want to keep more or less the same spring rate but a lower ride. IMO, get the right kit for your car, 2059.140 for the 97 M3.
