First of all... it wasn't for me. I was bored, I figured I'd stop by and look at it. The dealer let me take it out. I was VERY disappointed. I am so suprised that they are comparing that car to the 328Ci. There is no way I'd buy that car over a 328CI, especially with the new 330Ci on the horizon.

The IS300 (only available in auto) seemed extremely slow. I hammered it from a light and we started moving. I looked down expecting to be doing maybe 60 or 70 by then... we were only passing the 45mph mark. I was like what the hell? I put the puppy in sport mode... no different, just crisper shifts.

It cornered somewhat, but no where close to a 328Ci. Too much body roll. I did like the fact that it came with xenon headlights and a decent looking exhaust. The interior appointments were fairly nice, but I'd imagine I'd grow bored with them after a while.

There is no way Lexus would get my money for the car with the 328Ci on the market. Absolutely not. Maybe I'm biased, maybe it's the truth.

I just had to rant and rave a little.
