: 1998 M3 Sedan (asking $40K - FIRM)- Cosmos black w/grey leather, 5 speed, Dinan stage II supercharger including stainless exhaust (354 HP!!), Dinan aluminum flywheel with SACS clutch, Dinan strut braces front and rear, onboard computer, M 5-spoke polished alloy rims, new Michelin Pilot Sport tires, Euro clear turn signal lenses, Alpine in dash premium sound with single CD/Alpine DSP, MBQuart Q series speakers all around, Alpine 4 channel AMP (4X50watts) + Punch 120 amp driving single Kicker free-air subwoofer, K40 built-in radar with laser diffuser in front. Other extras include spare rear rim (8.5" X 17"), stock exhaust, stock turn signal lenses, stock radio. This car has been meticulously maintained. I have records. Oil changes every 3000 miles. Personally autographed by Steve Dinan inside of trunk! Never raced. Extremely fast! I am taking delivery of a new 2000 M5 next week. Serious inquiries only please?! Call me at 713-778-5659. Or page me at 1-800-365-4578 and say you wish to page Andy Menard. Or call me at home after hours and on weekends at 281-856-7057.

I'm confused! Obviously, this is a great car, beautifully maintained, with the Dinan SC, plus other parts....I just went to Kelly Bluebook, and they list the value of a STOCK '98 M3 with an avg 30K miles at $39675 here in nY metro. Whereever you're from, it shouldnt be much different than that. So, are you saying that the Dinan stuff and other parts, which cost you well over $12K all together is only fetching you about $300?

I dont know why you're selling so cheap, but its a great deal....Its really worth at least $45K. Except that, I bet the dealer is only offering about $35K on a trade, so your asking price is a windfall by comparison... But really, when it comes time for me to part with my beloved '99 M3 also with Dinan stage II supercharger, I hope to do alot better!!! But, you're getting an M5, so I dont pity you too much!!!
