I don't think that your gonna find 3-peice component speakers from MB-Quarts, or from anyone for that matter. You'll pretty much have to replace the tweeters and mid-ranges with a set of MBQ components and disconnect the mid-tweeter. Still, this will give you much better sound. A while back, I bought the MB Quart Autonbahn series components at $125 instead of $350, like all other MB-Quarts cost, and was very happy with the sound quality (just something to consider). You may want to consider other brands too, as I've heard that there are other brands just as good or better out there. Also, I'd like to add that the reason the e36's sound quality is so poor is not b/c of the speakers, but the amp. Replacing it instead may be a much better idea.
