By integrating the cartridge bearing system into our Evo Series line of Ultimate Short Shifters, we're able to bring a new level of shifting to the market place. With virtually zero pivot resistance, the only resistance within the entire shifting assembly now lies inside the transmission itself. This means the absolute smoothest shifts from day one, with no break in period whatsoever. Additionally, because the cartridge bearings are designed to last longer than traditional bushings, you can be assured that the quality of the shifts will not diminish over time.
