Best place for head and cam work? (archive)

I figure this is where all the hard core performance BMW freaks hang out. I have a 2.8 Z3 with a MechTech turbo and am shooting for 300 rear wheel horse power.
I am about to take the head off for some porting and polishing along with getting a higher lift turbo cam and a copper head gasket. Currently thinking about sending it to Paeco industries but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. Korman?

Before anyone starts busting my chops, I think that 300 hp is possible. I am currently running 6 psi on 89 octane gas + octane boost on a severely timing retarded ECU making 245 hp at the wheels. 270 ftlbs of torque. I just want to make a little more torque and shift the curve a little more to the right.
