Yes you must use 92+ octane fuel at all times. With older engines carbon build up even increases the need for higher octane. The best place to run wires through is in front of glove box. Here is a trick--run into cabin from the engine compartment--not out into engine compartment. There is a large rubber grommet visible just under the shelf at the right rear of engine bay. It even has a few nipples that can be cut off leaving a small hole through which up to a 12 guage wire will fit. Hope this helps.: I just got my M3 and have a few questions for you experts.

: 1. Does the M3 need premium gas? I put 93 in it, but I was not sure if I could run anything else. (no mods)

: 2. Were is the best place to run wires through the firewall. I need to run a line for my remote radar detector.

: 3. The drivers side door handle feels like it sticks. I have to pull harder on it than the passager side. Could something be out of alignment in the door?

: thanks

: Peter
