That other guy must have no hemorrhoids, as he sounds like the definition of a a perfect asshole. I had a similar experience with his cousin Bufus about three months ago, and one a few nights ago with his other cousin Bubba.
I was driving our minivan, complete with wife and two kids, heading south on I-65 about 100 miles south of Louisville KY. Big trucks were in the right lane, going about 75. Bufus was plodding along in the left lane, going about 65. We were behind him, clipping along and hoping he'd move over.
Driving along, talked idly. I was not following Bufus very closely, as I am not in the habit of tailgating. After a while, I noticed him flailing his right arm about. At first, I thought that he was arguing with a passenger. But then, it became apparent that there was no passenger; he was flailing his arm at US.
Then, he tapped the brakes a couple times, and begin to make a strident thumbs-up "back off" motion with his right hand. We were both amazed... why was this clown so upset? We were not tailgating, at least, not by typical "standards"... we were at least a couple of lengths behind Bufus the whole time.
Suddenly, Bufus swerved into the right lane and slowed down. As we passed, we looked over to see Santa Claus: a big fat guy, mid 50's or so, bristling white beard and puffy red face. The only difference was, HE WAS PISSED.
Then he started making motions for us to pull over. Yeah, sure... I'm going to pull over in the hills of Kentucky, with my family in the van.
I think my wife made a couple of disgusting faces, and flipped Bufus the bird. I didn't do anything, but kept my speed constant. We eventually left him far behind, and never saw him again. I watched the rearview mirror for probably 50 miles more. I fully expected Bufus to come roaring up behind us with a gun.
See my post below about Bubba, the jerk in the pickumup that tried to start a race with my ///M3, by attempting to pass me on the right shoulder at night!
