: I'm thinking about replacing my brake pads soon and am looking for input. I heard the Rotex pads are good, how much are they and where can I get them? tia.

Yes...Chew Toy, maybe you heard from me? Anyway, I just reordered a spare front set, and a new set for the rear...I get them from Brake Warehouse...Call and ask for Randy...Tell him Paul Elliott sent you. Phone Brake Warehouse at: 800-814-0702 or 864-271-1896. These are some of the best performance - street pads I've seen. The description of the friction materal: "...blends extra fine soft steel wire with powdered sponge iron for maximum heat transfer, and silver virgin graphite for smooth, quiet performance. The resulting friction material (60% metallic) {for comparison, Metal Master is 70% metallic} reduces vibration which causes squeal, and runs virtually dust free. ..." Theyre rotor friendly, and provides loads more stopping power with much less leg than, for instance, Deluxe pads by Repco/PBR/Axxis. I think you'll be real impressed...No, I dont work for them, but I have used them on my last 2 cars, and nothing's better.
