The Shark injector will work best with the JC intake (or at least so Jim told me)
and to tell you the truth, I trust the guy. If I trust him with the software, I'll get his intake too. I was going to get the Dinan in the beginning but I decided to get the JC intake and love it. It sounds and works great.
I dont know if there will be a different as to the performance increase using the Shark injector with either JC, Dinan, or ECIS intake, but I'm sure that all of them will give an increase. The only thing that the intake does it send more cold air to the engine. The software does the fuel mixture to accomodate this air increase.
The thing is, since Jim did the software with the JC intake as the unit, I'm sure it is optimized for his intake and will have the best perfomance.
I cannot say whethere Jim's software and his intake is better than say Dinan intake and Dinan software, or ECIS and an optimized software for that intake, but I'll sure take the convenience of the Shark Injector over other units any day.
I'm sure a lot of feel the same way.
So to put it all together, if you want a certain intake (ECIS is cheap, Dinan looks nice to some) you will get a perfomance increase. But if you want to use the Shark injector and want the maximum performance, I would go with the JC intake. That is my take. I hope Jim doesnt come and say that everything I just said was false.

BTW Jim if you read this...
When are the injectors coming!!! Everyone's waiting!
