Me and Jon V were debating/arguing that my car is
lowered or not.

I say it can't be, i've takened off the wheels and i'm
looking at the springs and it's black, no aftermarket
part #'s or anything.

But he says it's too low.

IF I don't sell my car, i want to lower the front and
leave the back, with H&R OE Sports .75"f and stock on
the rear. What do you think?
