Honestly, I was looking at price when I bought my AVSs around last Christmas--I really didn't want to spend over $1200 on tires (Michelins). I think these Yokahamas were a shade over $750, but, again, I have been *more* than satisfied with 'em. If I inherit a million dollars, I'll try the Michelins next time, but it did seem like, as good as they are, they wore out pretty fast. Otherwise, I'll probably re-up with the Yokahamas.
