i think a 43 front offset would be very good to help you avoid rubbing when you make sharp turns.

the rear offset of 36 should help visually fill up that rear wheel nicely; hopefully it won't require you to modify your fender,,, but probably won't as schnitzer products are the best!

and i think the e36 and e46 acs type iii wheel prices are different because you can stuff larger wheels with more extreme offsets into an e46...
