I rate the M3 a perfect "10" because it is everything (and more) I thought it would be. Key word; thought! After researching the M3 I realized ahead of time before buying it what BMW's purpose was behind the M3. Also, I realized what the car would not be able to do compared to others.

No car is perfect including the M3. Yes, parts do fail, though rarely and problems do crop up but nothing major that can't be overlooked. Things happen to Rolls Royces too you know!

Even though my '99 M3 has only 10,000 miles clocked I couldn't be happier with it and I'm very pleased I have it. I have yet to have the first problem or failure and I'm very, very particular!
It's a great car!

Hi, thanks for reading my post and I have a couple of questions regarding the Bmw m3 e36.
1) i heard that bmw has alot of electronic problems.
2) Its not recommended to buy one used
3) Constantly has problems.

Thanks for helping. I know the m3 is the rated the best performance vehicle for its buck. Please help, i really love the e36 m3 and wanted to get one, but before i did i need some help. thanks again
