I also should add to the fact that Sean was a great assistance to me with the dozen or more (NO exageration) emails that I'd sent, as well as phone calls. Very good customer service!
Discussing something like this in a public forum can and does convey a negative attitude toward the vendor even though the vendor may not be at fault.
The perception that a vendor has not performed at 101% is kept in ones mind far longer than the rare complimentary message that may be passed out.
It's unfortunate how good reputations are hurt quickly but built up slowly.
If there is a beef or complaint about a vendor or supplier, always go straight (and privately) to the source, never air your dirty laundry in public or you could be embarrassed.
