If you got your software the old pre-Shark Injector way (I'm guessing you did) your software IS missing a correction to the code that deals with how the DME calculates the catalytic converter temperature. Under a specific set of circumstances with any CAI on your car the DME may go into catalyst protect mode in which it will dump a bunch of fuel into the engine to cool the cat. It will of course bog badly when this occurs. On a street driven car with high octane gas this is pretty unlikely though.

Getting the 'Intake' software (or a Shark Injector which has the intake code in it already) will eliminate this possibility.
