I did a write-up on the Sports/HR-Bil set-up at speedviews.

The race springs will drop the car pretty nicely with alomst no fender gap up front and the rear...well it'll look dumped.

BUT, also look at a new set of shocks and a camber kit as your alignment from the drop(camberwise) will chew up your tire fast.

The Sports drop the car about an inch overall. There NO gap in the rear and about 2 fingers up front. The ride quality is a bit more harsh, about what the new Porsches feel like. A pretty decent middle between soft and harsh.
