Is UUC's spring worth buying? (H&R owner pls ans.) (archive)

UUC's spring would work with stock shocks, how about H&R's?
How much does UUC's lower the car, front & back vs. H&R's?
And what is the most common H&R spring used on M3's??
(sport? heavy duty?)
