I never knew there were 2 types until now. I'm not sure I understand your descriptions. My wheels have "Motorsport" stamped into them. Is this the "Motorsport embossed 'lightweight'wheel? If so, what did the "Polished option wheel" look like?

Strong=Yes
Heavy=No
Sexy=Yes
Expensive=YES
If you got'em keep'em
Ther were 2types...The Motorsport embossed "Lightweight" wheel and the polished option wheel.
Your going to have a tough time finding these wheels on a 95(unless they were changed by the owner)
Good Luck

OK, if I find a used '95 M3 with these instead of Motorsports, I won't be so quick to want to change them out for aftermarket wheels like Schnitzer, etc?

Are they strong, lightweight, and clean up nicely?

Expensive, yes, I hear they were $1300 option in '95.
