1) find 10m of level ground with a wall to aim your lights against.

2) measure distance from floor to center of lowbeam lens. mark this distance on a wall.

3) with car 10m from wall, adjust vertical aim so that horizontal cut off of beam is 12cm below line marked on wall in step 3. do sane thing for left and right.

if you don't have 10m of level ground in front of a wall, scale it down. i.e. park 1m from wall, measure drop to be 1.2cm.
