i would take it to the dealer...it could be an O2 sensor. and by the time you can get an appointment to go in, the light will have gone off if it was the gas cap, thats usually only a couple of days before it runs its cycle and turns off. if it doesn't turn off, you have an appt. and its likely to be the O2 sensor
