paint just won't stick on the damn

To do it yourself properly, you
should sand them down so that the
primer you spray on them will stick
permanently. without this sticky
well-applied primer, the paint will
have nothing to stick to - hence
the chipping.

For the best effect, it's best to
spray clear coat on it too. this
helps prevent chipping as well.
