Price seems a little high for a 97/98 M3 w/ that mileage. I was thinking low to mid 30's...

Other sedans in that price range w/ performance: Audi S4, used 540, but I'd stick w/ the M3.

A REPOST: I currently own a 96 328i and am planning on selling after purchasing the 4 door m3. The options include pretty much everything except hk sound system and on board computer. It is estoril blue with gray leather, stick shift. No Mods. Bmw certified with up to 100,000 miles or 4 year warranty. The m3 has 23000 miles and in mint condition. I negotiated down to $37,195 with lojack installed. List price without lojack was 38,500. did I get a good deal? Any Problems I should lookout for?(first used car planning on buying). Please give reccomendations and advice for my 4 door m3 purchase. Thanx.

PS please recommend any other 4 door sedans in this price range comparable to the m3.
