I have H&R Race on Bilteins. I was running stock RSMs but decided to upgrade due to the possibilty of breakage (they lasted for 30k on stock shocks and a few thousand miles on the aftermarket suspension and were in good condition when removed) I installed the JT-Design RSMs from BMP and it produced a clunking sound (like a broken shock mount). After about 150 miles the HER bushings wore themselves into rubber dust and the shock piston went up through the center of the mount and pushed through the carpet. I am now using the HIS bushings which seem to be ok for now. The bushings were installed by a Master Tech and a BMW Service Manager with the assistance of BMP tech assitance.
