have you ever felt the filter after driving in the rain ? does it get wet ? I know most people say no, unless it rains hard or you drive through a puddle, but I was wondering if anyone actually stuck their hand down their to see.

also, is it cooler in that area eliminating the need for a heat shield ? I like the Dinan kit only because it definitely does look cool. and looks cleaner too since you really can't see the cone.

But i'm thinking about ECIS and JIM C too
