just happened to me Saturady, I waited until I was at 38 miles left before I filled up. Drove it ~ 10 miles, turned off the car, warned the wife before she took it out, pushed the back of the car back and forth (to try to "unstick" the level float), it worked as normal when she fired it up.

Go figure
